I led content strategy at the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business, assigning stories about students, alumni, faculty and programs to freelance writers and student interns. I shepherded the completion of these stories, editing them thoroughly and working closely with the writers to ensure articles met brand objectives, such as attracting prospective students, stewarding donors and celebrating school achievements.
At the same time, I wrote key stories myself. Below are a few of my favorites:
